While we're at it; is this the same state with the billboards with the
pictures of Pennsylvania's finest outlined with radar guns....
and the fines posted for the speeds next to that....the same state that had
 signs up for years that said:
"Speed Limit Still 55 MPH"?......Pennsylvania kicks ass....my ass  :-)
