You've got it straight.  More cc's gives higher energy into the
turbine, which spools it up quicker and higher.  We have some room
for discussion and difference of opinion onthis subject.  But I think
it is absolutelY safe to say that a K-24 on a bored out high performance
engine would be a bad idea.
