RE: heater fan trouble-shooting



It's common for the blower motor to seize after years of use. This would
give the exact symptoms (mine was refusing to start at low temps, but
would start if I hit the heater box). Temporary fix is to remove the
black rubber vent and spray some contact cleaner and/or WD-40 into the
motor.
