I find that the I-95 run between DC and Richmond is extremely fast. If you
hit the Springfield area at the right time of day (meaning NOT rush hour),
you can easily stay above 75 the entire way. I routinely (meaning once a
week) run from DC to Richmond and back averaging 75-80. And I feel like
I'm just keeping up with traffic. I've had many people pass me (strange
phenomena...minivans and Ford Tempo's) that were doing at LEAST 90.
