Rewiring Euro-lights on 4KSQ

Ok,

I'm going to spring for the Hella Euro-lamps to replace my cracked,
stone-pocked headlamps on my '85 4KSQ......

Now my question:  does anyone have detailed instructions for rewiring the
headlamps with relays & new wire (what relays, where to get them, what gauge of
wire to run, how to run the wire, etc....)  I would be forever grateful if
someone's done this before and could give me details.  Also, does anyone know
of a rewire kit that has all the necessary ingredients that I can purchase?
