I've heard that at the largest electronics swapmeet here in Warsaw
there's a guy who can fine-tune any detector to the European frequency.
I didn't have to use him, though, as my Uniden (US spec) works very well
:-) But cops over here mostly use outdated US made X-band radar guns. It
would be interesting to find out what frequencies are used by police
radars in west Europe and if they differ much from X,K and Ka bands used
in USA.
