I don't think you can use the split-style bushings with the older
anti-sway bar, as they increased the diameter of the anti-sway
bar when they made the other changes.

Try this (never done it): Buy the "whole" bushing, and split
it yourself with a knife or razor blade. Then, KrazyGlue the
split ends of the bushing together before you bolt everything
back up.

Might be as bad a tip as my windsheild wiper tip a few weeks
ago; but intuitively, it seems it should work.
