Hey Jim, is the clutch catching REAL low to the floor?  If it is, try
pulling it back with your foot and push it all the way to the floor
about 10 times.  If the pedal is back up where it should be, then it is
the slave cylinder which is the problem I had on my OLD syncro.  The
problem is that the slave cylinder isn't getting air pumped into it
therefor it's engaging closer and closer to the floor to the point where
it stops engaging thus making shifting a bear.  That's about the hight
of my technical skills there!!  Have you thought that maybe the leak is
coming from the brake master cylinder which is directly above the slave
and master cylinders?  Jim, I'll e-mail a simple diagram of the setup so
expect a semi long e-mail to come through.  If anyone else wants it,
I'll send it to them also, I just try to refrain from sending pics
throughthe mailing list.
