I believe they're not.  Kwattro bought one off of Chris Miller, and
there's a 
picture of one on a European 80 (4k) on Ti Kan's page, but the owner of
that 
car didn't respond to my email.

They are certainly nice.  If anyone comes up with a source, I'm
interested.
Can any listers reproduce one of these?
