This is not entirely true.  Both of my 84 5KSTs have rear cooler
on the trans.  If you have a rear cooler already, you're set.  If not,
you'll either need another side cooler trans. or the parts to install
the rear cooler trans. as harrision said. There are also slight
differences, I think primarily in the valving of the turbo transmissions.
