    I had the right front inner fender liner out of my '91 200q this summer
and I noticed that the washer pump seemed easily accessible from under the
fender. I don't know if your car has the same setup as mine.
    As a side note, I thought my washer pump had died several years ago
because I only got a trickle from the washer jets. There is a check valve in
the system, and, knowing Audi and their check valves, I tried replacing the
check valve before the washer pump. Ta da! Problem solved - full pressure. I
just had to replace the check valve again this winter, same symptoms.
