New Web Site for Scott Mo.

Hello q-listers,

I finally put together a Web page which has some Trouble-shooting info,
some technical literature info, some trip reports, some event photos,
some SAE links, some web site links, some links to test equipment info,
and some personal history stuff. In other words, lots of stuff!

Eventually I will have some ECU mod product info stuff as well.

the site or if there are any sections that take way too long to
download. 

The trip reports and Event photo sections may take a while to download.
