Can I make Timing Belt Tools.

OK,
	I too need to change out my timing belt.  BUt $80 X 2 seems
awfully high for the tools that are needed to do so on my 4kq.  Seems that
the 2ft extension tool would be easy to fabricate.  THe holder wouldn't be
to bad either.  
	Has anyone done this?  If so, tell me how.  If not, can anyone
E-Mail me the detailed specs of such tools so I can make them myself.  A
picture and diagram would be nice as well.  Thanks.
	If I am succesfull, I would be happy to make extra pairs.  If not,
maybe someone else on the list is better than me at fabricatign stuff.
	-THat WOULDN'T be that HARD-
I just DO NOT want to spend $160 on the tools.  And I dont want to pay a
shop $160 to do it either.
