This isn't a tough one, but it's hard to get acceptance. There were 3
generations of the mc engine. On appeared at the later half of the 85
model year. It was similar to the kh 2.1L, but had a water cooled turbo.
It was 2.1l also. The second was the 86 and up. Most likely, that's what
you've got. If it's a 5ksT, it's the 1st gen mc. If it's a 5kcsT, it's the
second.
