Twin turbo Coupe in St. Mary's, OH?????

My dad was talking with the guy that's going to redo my Speedlines and a race
car came up.  It's a twin turbo Coupe (old style) (??) that had something like
$70,000 put into it, but sold for around $30,000.  A doctor bought it and I
was wondering if anyone knows the car or knows who sold it.  Maybe an Audi
Sport preped car??  I might be able to look at it/get a ride in it/get pics of
it next trip down to St. Mary's.
