Straightened rotors

Tried the trick to straighten warped rotors and it worked very very well.
The only drawback :dust on the wheels. I really can't believe the
difference. Mainly it's the feel of the brake pedal. It seem to be firmer
and there is no more pulling under breaking on uneven road surfaces. What
sort of problems may arise from this, though? Stress cracking, change in
composition, etc.?
