Anyone with a video capture board?

I finally got the video of the autocross run I made last December in my Ur-Q
with the bald rear tires ... you know, the one where I looped it at the top
of second gear and generated all kinds of smoke from the tires.  I would
like to digitize it and post it to my web page but I don't want to invest
the money in the equipment to do this myself ... can anyone help me?
