Interior swap / black leather questions

With my efforts to find used tan leather front seats for my '92 100S not
coming up with any success, I've been considering other options. I recently
located a complete black leather interior from a '94 100CSQ. The interior is
complete, and the salvage yard has offered to sell the entire interior,
including the front and rear seats (with headrests, armrests, color-keyed
plastic mounting pieces, etc), center and rear center consoles, the 4 door
panels, glove box and the other lower dash panels (driver's and passenger's
side), seat belts (only the belt parts, they are color-keyed), trim around
lower and side parts of the doors, the interior carpet, rear deck carpet and
speaker covers, and headliner and upper trim pieces to match headliner color.
Basically I will be getting all the color-keyed components in the interior.
The price is $1000 for the whole interior. Sound like a fair price? Also, to
anybody out there with black leather, how does it wear (i.e fading from sun,
etc). Thanks.
