kh/mc downpipes

Are the downpipes for kh and mc engines different? I ask because I looked
at a mc a few months ago and it looked as if the minifold was different.
Is the 2 piece mc manifold the same shape, etc. as the one piece? Is the
down pipe the same? If I were to change to the 2 piece and the downpipe
was different, would it still fit my present exhaust?
