Re: brakes pad failure mode?
I had the same problem. I used year old pads that I had on my 5ks and put
them on my T. I suspect that the rust goes further than what you can see.
Thermal shock; you said it was a race car...did you warm the brakes with
light dragging before use? Do you use cheap quality pads?
