Re: state farm sux



I think at this point, we have to realise that at every insurance company,
there are those adjusters that want to get ahead in their company and try
their hardest to minimize claims. State Farm happens to be one of the
companies out there with a lot of adjusters who have been around the block
enough to know how to treat a customer. But this does not exclude them from
the list of companies that have given their insured a hard time here & there.
There is a growing trend in insurance companies to hire college grads with no
experience & speed them through training to go out & deny claims. I hope this
does not catch on to the good companies out there.
