i believe one of the reasons for the headlight washers is to clean the
snow buildup that affects the aero headlights.  you need more flow than
the windshield jets provide to loosen the snow layer.  in your app i'm
sure the ws jets would suffice, as well as being cheap, plentiful, simpler...
