black rally quattro in seattle

Yeasterday my boss was driving in seattle, and pulled up next to a Rally prepped quattro. It sounded like it was a 90q but could have been a 5000q as well, 4 door sedan Not a 4000 though!  It was black with gold lettering and lots of stickers, he did catch part of the name on the car, diamond Jim something? the car did have rally lights and a brushbar, so does anybody know who's this is, better yet have pictures?
