Sorry for my understanding of the English language. Do you mean bolts
with internal hexagon as opposed to bolts with internal splines in the
head?

In my experience, you cannot apply same amount of torque to an
internal hexagon bolt without damaging it - a PITA when removing stuck
bolts.
