I've got a line on a red 1990 V8Q with Grey interior, engine
is toast because of broken original timing belt (@117K miles).
I'm waiting for the owner to come back from vacation to see
what he wants for the car.

Does the owner of the totaled car know what the buyback
price from the insurance company is going to be? I might
be interested in buying it from her and shipping it here
to the east coast as a donor car for the red one and a
parts dept. for my current V8Q. I don't know what her
"requirements" are, but there were at least 3 V8Q's for
sale here in the Boston area last week, (9-17K$) unadvertised.
(The red one was for sale when the timing belt broke.)
