This is sage and important advice.  It's very difficult, but I have
hydroplaned twice in my '92CSQW on very wet pavement, once during the
great Midwest U.S. Floods on '93 and once in the aftermath of Hurricane
Fran in '96.  Do not allow yourself to become overconfident in bad
weather.
