5KS rear shocks (was Re: Konis in 5KS)

The rear shocks on a front wheel drive 5KS are much easier to install if
you attach the bottom bolt >first<.
I believe this differs from Bentley, which says to do the top first.
I followed Bentley the first time and it was as Mike says...an absolute SOB.
Tried the bottom first next time and it went together very easy.
