My a-arm bushings cost

I had a shop install new a arm bushings. They charged $90 for 2 a-arms
(4 bushings) this price was off of the car. I did the rears myself. To
do it I got ahold of a torch (like a plumbers torch available for about
$10 at hardware stores), a gear puller, and assorted size sockets.
I put the puller jaws on the end of the a-arm. I then tightened the
puller to push the inner "tube" out. Tighten it, then put the torch on
it until the rubber melts and the tube comes out. Then carefully saw
into the outer shell of the old bushing. Do not!!! cut into the a arm.
Then with a strong screwdriver colapse the shell. It will then fall out
with a slight tap to break the oxidation. Put the new one in using a
bench vise and a socket that fits the outside of the new bushing.
