4kq Speedo Adjustment.

I want to change what tires size I run permanantly due to a brake change.
THis will change my speedo 3% so I will read slower than actual.  Any way
I can adjust this somewhere to correct for this other than with a rally
computer?
	What is different on the URQ speedo's to correct for larger tires.
I know the dash and instruments are basically the same so what is
different.  How about the difference in gear ratios between different
Audi 4000 quattros. BTW, Mine is an 84 4kq.
