I've been checking with different local auto stereo stores (relatively
knowledgeable) on a regular basis. When I last asked, I was told
there is not adapter and no plans for anyone to develop one. 12-18
months ago, a company had been working on one, but apparently shelved
the plans...
I do believe it's fairly easy to install yourself since the wiring (at
least in the 1996 models is done at the factory. You could buy the
changer and bracket from one of the places that offers list members
discounts and do it in a pretty short timeframe. (If you check the
archives, there are directions, I believe).
