Torsens in racing

You do not speak for me in your 'we all know'.  I've never seen any evidence of 
a 'spider',  and I think if there were one it would have attracted public and 
critical comment by now.

Martin at BR Motorsport, who _BUILT_ the S1 currently at Historic Motorsport, 
says it was never fitted with a TORSEN - they weren't available at the time.

No.  Only the comment by the race engineers that they often had to push the 
fenders back a little because the tyres were too large.
