I'm not denying physics.  Physics is a physical science - every effect must be 
demonstrable by repeatable experiment, not hypothesised off a web page.

I can only speak from my own experience and say that what doesn't happen just 
doesn't happen.  I also suspect that any flaw as dramatic as the one you're 
theorising would provoke a recall or at least some consumer awareness.  I see none,
nor do I see any cautionary tales or warnings in the literature.  Nor, to my 
knowledge (but I can ask at the AGM) has any of the 300-odd TORSEN ur-quattro 
drivers in the UK.

There are even several ur-quattro TORSEN drivers here on this list.  None of us.
