Re: 5kcstq shift boot (marginal torsen content)
I'm not talking about popping out of gear - I'm talking about the
shift boot popping out of its proper place. Everything in your
linkage may be just fine - I'm just talking about making a minute
adjustment where the shift rod connects to the transmission.
What the problem actually was that the leather in my boot would
pull up on the plastic clippies that hold the boot down because
my shift throw was a little to far south.
