Hi dave,
One thing to check on the coolant tank is that the magnet attached to the
float inside the tank stays with the float. Mine separated from the float,
thus sitting on the switch and keeping it closed even when fluid was full.
Took the tank off, cleaned it out, dried the insides as best I could, then
epoxied the ring magnet back to the float with the aid of some long wooden
cotton swabs. Its worked ever since.
