93 90s Hot start problem

Here is the list of parts and prices that I paid.  I honestly wanted to do
this job myself, but time was a limiting factor.  They did an ok job, but I
learned my lesson that if you want it done perfectly, do it yourself.  They
ripped off the bottom cowling,  when they could not figure out how to get it
off.
