Well, since my name was mentioned....

I have been going to Master Auto Works, but probably less so in the future.
Nothing against the shop, it's just out of my range now that I'm working in
Boston. My take, and I think Alan's take is the same, is that Rick is a
straight forward Audi master technician. Meaning, Rick is not into any kind
of aftermarket mods, and in fact, I had to request that they use synth oil
for my oil changes ($39.95, btw). Excellent shop for maintenance, but I'm
not sure if they'd be the shop to track down a really difficult-to-diagnose
problem. Last I heard, their labor rate was $51 and change per hour.

820-3335.  I have had nothing other than positive dealings with Rick.  I
think lister Sean Ford uses his shop as well.
