There's an idler - don't use the fixing bolt to pull the new one on.  On an 
old car, I personally think it's worthwhile to change the camshaft and 
crankshaft oil seals if you're going in there. Getting in there is quite a job 
- don't leave the engine any excuses for getting you in there again.
