1983 Lombard RAC

Following their coverage of the Australian F1 GP qualifying today, ITV
showed a film of the 1983 Lombard RAC rally - a real classic, quattros
everywhere. It took me back years to when I spent a night in the Lake
District freezing my b*llocks off watching the cars go past. They even had
film of the 3-wheel stage where Hannu lost out to Stig.

As for the F1 it was poor as usual - what does Johnny Herbert have to do to
get a mention in the round up? It was "Coultard 2nd, Damon Hill 10th" the
fact that Johnny was 5th was totally ignored.
