Matt:

Bearings on Qs are of the hub genre. They are non-greasable/cleanable.
If you pull them to inspect them you _will_ destroy them and you by
extension will replace them. Bearing failure/degradation noise is a 
humming sound not squeaking.

On my 5000TQ I have replaced the fronts twice (every 100K miles), one
rear @180K Miles and the other @240K miles.  I now have 249K miles.
