more 4 lug info, model specific

Here's more info on what had 4 bolt and 5 bolt and when:

4 bolt:
'84-91 5000/100 with no turbo or quattro
'88-92 80/90/Coupe Qs
all 4K & Couope GTs

5 bolt:
all 5000 turbos & QUattros, 200 turbos and quattros
'93>90s
All Audis since '93 that i am aware of (at least in america)

The Audi S3 had 6 bolts
(just seeing if you were paying attention)
