RE: Lubing cv boots

Sachelle,

I suggest you use a silicon lubricant designed to lub
suspension bushes on all of the exposed rubber under
the carriage. This helps create an inert layer over
the rubber, delaying oxidation, cracking, and splitting.
Re-apply once a year when you lube you anti-sway bar bushes.
You DO lube your anti-sway bar bushes don't you? ;-)
I also spray muffler hangers, strut skirts, tranny
bushes, diff bushes, etc. etc.

Just be careful where you spray the stuff. Avoid any
overspray on painted surfaces or you may have trouble
with any ssubsequent respray job.

Good luck.
