Re: Hard start, stalling, etc. info

I had a problem with the coil, but not that. Every so often, only at idle,
the engine stall out and die. Immediate, not gradually. Made me
suspicious. Anyway, before I decided to look at it, the thing died and
wouldn't start. I went poking around. To cut a long story short, I found
that the plug underneath the coil was loose. I pushed it up towards the
body, but it was still loose. I found out that (possibly due to heat) the
metal plugs inside had loosened on the terminals making intermittent
contact. I took a pair of pliers, clamped down on them tighter (I did
crack the plug, but didn't break it). Plugged it back in and voila!
