Well, (before I knew what I know now) I was willing to try them
out. When I ordered them, I gave them as many specifics about
my engine as I could (NA 20V). They assured me that they could
supply the correct wires, and they even said they had supplied
several 90Q20Vs.
The wires arrived with the standard metal connectors for the 10V
engines. There was no way they would even fit into the hole. When
I called them again I gave them the Beru P/N off of the OEM
connectors. "Ooops, we don't make a set that will fit your car.
Ship them back (on your dime) and we'll cut a refund check for
you," they say. I say, "Nope, your mistake, the shipping will be
YOUR dime!"
So, I sent them back and waited... and waited. Called them up to ask
where my money was. "Oh, yeah, uhh we got the wires back. I'll
have to check with the guy who cuts the checks. You'll get it within
the week." Two weeks go by. I call again, this time threatening to
bring the credit card co. into it. I finally got my check, but I think
they still stiffed me for some of the return shipping.
Bottom line: totally unprofessional organization selling product
on false claims (check out what Magnecor's site says about these
type of capacitor effect wires). Plug wires will not produce power.
The best you can hope for is the same performance of new OEM,
but with longer life and better noise suppression. Go with either
Blue Ignitors, Magnecor 8.5mm, or equivalent.
