Testing my water sprayer

Well, at the beginning of the winter, I decided to remove my water spray
for the intercooler device. It was an extremely crude thing that did work
and very well, at that.
It was made from a spare winshield washer bottle and pump and used a
hairspray bottle top as a nozzle. I wired the pump to a fog light button
inside and would turn it on manually. One drawback was that the bottle
would run empty within 10 minutes of continuous use. One advantage was
that I'd turn the water on while I was off boost to cool the ic and hit
the gas and have a great surge of power.
Anyway, I decided to ridesign it. I decided to make it a pressure
activated system (with the pump, though). I used a check valve that we
have on all of our Audis (towards the back of the engine) and JB welded it
to the top of the bottle. I'd really like to see it work well, and with
the pressure activation, the water should last a lot more miles. I'm going
to reinforce the bottle, as well because I'm running alot more boost than
I did last summer. Oh BTW: For the cap, I cut the top off of a 2 liter
soda bottle and JB'd it on from the flat rim thing. Works perfectly and
seals very well.
