I recently had my 93 S4 repaired but the dealer would not cover the   
repair through warranty.  I have the Audi Assured warranty for another 8   
months.

The seat memory switch wasn't working and the dealer had to take door   
panel off and repair the wires inside door.  Dealer said this is a common   
problem with Audi's.

I sent a letter to Audi of America complaining but without success.  How   
can I successfully get Audi to cover this repair of $225?
