Yes, 'properly aimed'. Say that 10 times. And again.
Now, do you encounter more properly aimed or improperly
aimed auxiliary lighting-equipped vehicles? Besides, it is
a basic courtesy thing.

I'd have to side with Robert here.  There is little reason for a 
properly aimed fog to incur the wrath of oncoming traffic.  I also 
travel on out of the way thorough fares (not far from Glen) and use them 
more for peripheral vision and whiteouts than as fog cuttters.  I'll 
take an improperly aimed fog over some full size trucks and SUV 
headlights anytime thank you very much. 
Could be fun meeting Glen on a dark road though, my 560W headlights 
(before 2 sets of properly aimed though massaged fogs!) versus his 400 
setup..
