MORE PROBLEMS ON MY 4KS

I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND ALL OF A SUDDEN MY BRAKE LIGHT
COOLANT LIGHT AND ONE MORE THAT I CAN'T REMEMBER RIGHT NOW CAME
ON. I noticed that the voltemeter was registering a little low
is this the Alternator going bad or is another problem
the car started fine twice after the lights started flashing
if it is the alternator can anyone give some helpful hints on replacing the
alternator on a 4 cylinder 4k with AC,
ps the belt is fine
