If it's on the dipstick, that means you have water circulating with the
oil. Very bad. A miniscule amt is ok. It get boiled off when the motor oil
gets hot. If there is enough to see on the dipstick, there is too much
water. Poss. a blown head gasket, cracked water jacket, etc.
