BMW's performance is at a price, though.  Insufficient testing of their
engines in their global market has left them with 6-cylinder engines
that, in some geographies, often don't last 25000 miles.  If I were to
trade performance mods to my car against only expecting it to survive
another 25000 miles - I could blow off M3s in a _straight_line_, not
just round corners.
