Having milky stuff on your lower dipstick would indicate that you have water
in your oil pan..........which contaminates your entire oil system. This
would not be a simple - no worry case of condensation, it would possibly
mean......a blown head gasket and your radiator water is leaking into the
motor.....this is bad.
